By commissioning me you agree to everything here.
the terms
I. Commissions usually take 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and my queue. However, works CAN reach more than the deadline expected, up to 3-6+ months by complexity. I'll keep you updated on progress.
II. I'll send you WIP (work-in-progress) sketches for approval at key stages. Major changes are easiest early on!
III. Payment is upfront unless we agree otherwise. I accept PayPal, Ko-fi, VGen, Discord Nitro, and gift cards.
IV. No Robux payments at this time.
V. The first two edits are free. Further edits are charged as listed on the commissions page.
VI. Refunds are not available, however, I can fix and in very specific cases redo if satisfaction is not providen.
VII. Please don't rush or pressure me; I work best with a relaxed timeline. I'll communicate if anything comes up!
VIII. you can use what was commissioned for whatever you please, however, while under personal use crediting is appreciated but not required, in case of commercial use such should be discussed.
IX. Commercial use (merch, selling, branding) requires a separate agreement and a commercial-use fee.
X. I reserve the right to post the finished commission to my socials/portfolio unless you request private work in advance.
XI. Please provide clear references and a written description. Vague requests may lead to a result different from what you imagined, or if u like that i dont mind, heh
XII. I won't start work until references and payment are sorted. This protects both of us!

Certain things such as character complexity, clothes, wings versions, close ups and such may increase the cost of a commission. This is a very case by case scenario and you’ll be informed of the costs after I can see your inquiry.
